Welcome to the friendliest resort on Koh Phangan. You'll feel like one of the family. We're right on the beach in Ban Kai, just ten minutes by taxi away from Haad Rin and the Full Moon Party. You can relax in peace, party the night away, or if you are feeling active,go hiking in the neaby jungle or play beach volleyball!

Our 7 year old bungalows are spacious with either a king size bed or two single beds, bathroom, dresser, fan and screened windows for 500 baht a night for the beach-front deluxe rooms, 450 baht a night for the sea view rooms or rooms in the rear for 400 baht a night. We also offer daily cleaning, towels and blankets.
You can eat in our well-known restaurant; Ban Kai Cafe, which we have run for the last eighteen years offering our specialty: Mexican food, plus many other western items like English pies, lasagne and chocolate mousse. We also have a good selection of vegetarian food. Or enjoy our delicious Thai food cooked in the local style. Come join us; Pong and Shana, we guarantee you will feel at home!

Sadly, Scruffy passed away in October, he was 16 years old and quite ill. He was a lovely dog and he is missed.

Rooms, Rates
Feel free to fill in the form to request information about room availability. If you want to see the rooms, please click the link above to check our rooms/ rates page. Make sure to let us know which dates and how many rooms you need. We can now accept prepayment for bookings through Paypal.
Please be aware that we are unable to take reservations for just two-three days around full moon or New Year. During peak season at these times we are unable to guarantee rooms unless you book for at least 4 nights.
- Beach front rooms: 500 baht, king size beds, 2 rooms available.
- Beach view rooms: 450 baht, king size beds, 12 rooms available.
- Rooms in the back: 400 baht, 3 rooms with two single beds, 3 rooms king size beds.
Only 2 people per room. All rooms with fan, bathroom, and screened windows but no AC, no hot water.
